Product Purpose

TRIZ+ supports innovation analysis and engineering decisions. It does not replace licensed professionals, safety reviews, experimental validation, or organizational approval.

User Responsibilities

Users must have the right to process submitted materials, select the appropriate data-sensitivity level, and complete engineering, safety, regulatory, and intellectual-property reviews before adopting a solution.

Analysis Results

Analysis results may contain errors or incomplete inferences. TRIZ method recommendations, scientific-effect candidates, and validation plans do not constitute claims of proven performance.

Model and Deployment Boundaries

The website and Desktop app currently use Trizplus AI α / β; the current interface does not provide custom model credentials or endpoint selection. Organizational private deployment and enterprise integration are not public self-serve features and are assessed against actual requirements.

Patent Workline

The Patent workline may produce search plans, evidence indexes, technical disclosures, and risk notices. It does not constitute legal advice, an allowance conclusion, a novelty conclusion, or a formal patent application.

Prohibited Uses

The service must not be used to infringe rights, bypass security controls, distribute malicious content, or directly execute high-risk operations without professional review.

Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to their input and legally owned results. TRIZ+ software, branding, method orchestration, and platform content are protected by applicable law.

Service Changes

Features may change for security, compliance, and product development. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the official site or within the product.
