Information Collected

To provide accounts, project records, history, and delivery functions, we process email addresses, project input, materials actively uploaded by users, and necessary service information.

How Data Is Used

Data is used only for authentication, executing user requests, preserving workspace state, securing the service, and improving reliability. Personal information is not sold.

Model Boundaries

The website and Desktop app currently use Trizplus AI α / β. Public mode may use the platform cloud; confidential mode requires organization-controlled local, intranet, or private-cloud execution and storage, and the public platform cloud does not receive confidential materials.

Local Storage

Desktop sessions are stored locally using operating-system facilities. The current interface does not provide custom model credentials or endpoint selection; historical compatibility data is not used by the current interface or execution path. Project files may remain on the user's device or in an environment designated by the organization.

Retention and Deletion

Users can delete project history in the workbench. Legal obligations, security incidents, or backup rotation may require necessary records to be retained for a limited period.
