Information Collected

To provide accounts, CaseFiles, run history, and delivery functions, we process email addresses, project input, materials actively uploaded by users, and necessary runtime metadata.

How Data Is Used

Data is used only for authentication, executing user requests, preserving workspace state, securing the service, and improving reliability. Personal information is not sold.

Model Boundaries

Platform models handle public/internal data. Confidential/secret projects should use local Desktop models or enterprise intranet deployments. Custom Desktop model keys are not submitted to the TRIZ+ Platform.

Local Storage

Desktop sessions and model keys are stored using operating-system encryption services. Project files may remain on the user's device or in an environment designated by the organization.

Retention and Deletion

Users can delete Case history in the workbench. Legal obligations, security incidents, or backup rotation may require necessary records to be retained for a limited period.
